Requirements

  • Student in Master (Bac+4/5) from engineering school, university, or business school with specialization in statistics, data science, or quantitative analysis
  • First experience in data field (Data Analyst or Data Scientist) is a plus
  • Methodical, autonomous, rigorous, with good listening skills
  • Curious, team player, with sense of priorities and strong interest in new technologies
  • Client-oriented, action-focused, and results-driven
  • Likes innovation, curious, autonomous, able to understand novelties and self-train
  • Solid foundations in statistics and predictive modeling
  • Knowledge of scoring and segmentation techniques
  • Mastery of Python, R, and SQL

Responsibilities

  • Design, test, and evaluate statistical and machine learning models to predict behaviors and business trends
  • Develop scorings and segmentations based on internal and external data to support targeted strategies
  • Gather data from various sources, clean, and prepare it for analyses
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of practices and processes related to data management and exploitation
  • Automate recurring team processes by creating new innovative tools
  • Maintain documentation on data tools and processes up to date and ensure continuous improvement
