Preparing a DNMADE or other degree in the Costume field
Experience in the performing arts costume sector
Mastery of Pack Office and good knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lectra, Vétigraph software
Fluent in French (C1 level)
Intermediate English level (B1)
Autonomy, initiative, and adaptability
Curiosity and ability to make proposals
Good listening skills and enjoys collaborative work
Willingness to be flexible (occasional night work and travel in the Paris region)

Design technical files and quality elements throughout the prototype development (from prototype to production of each costume piece)
Identify technical issues across procedures in your scope, propose corrective actions, and alert hierarchy
Provide practical and feasible solutions adapted to client or provider requests, considering technical or environmental specifics
Assist the reference costumer during costume fittings in conception and implementation phases
Set up design and production tracking supports (pattern making, needs quantification, codifications, ongoing transformations...)
Monitor costume production and communicate project progress
Communicate with internal and external partners to meet needs
