Requirements

  • Preparing a Bac+3 level diploma (Licence or Bachelor) or Master in Hospitality
  • French at C2 level (fluent)
  • English at B2 level (intermediate)
  • A third European language at B1 level is a plus
  • Ideally, first experience in hospitality
  • Leadership: takes initiatives and guides the team towards common objectives
  • Interpersonal skills: diplomatic and reactive in managing situations, enjoys collaboration
  • Flexibility: available for flexible schedules (weekdays/weekends), from 6:30 to 00:00
  • Internship of maximum 6 months

Responsibilities

  • Management: animate, supervise, and motivate the team; prepare briefings; ensure organization and follow-up of on-site activities for the best visitor experience
  • Coaching: support collaborators and share skills to foster team spirit
  • Communication and optimization of results: participate in managerial strategy and ensure exchanges between teams and different services for an unforgettable customer experience
  • Respect standards: guarantee the expected quality of welcome and service, with attention to detail
