Preparing a Bac+3 level diploma (Licence or Bachelor) or Master in Hospitality
French at C2 level (fluent)
English at B2 level (intermediate)
A third European language at B1 level is a plus
Ideally, first experience in hospitality
Leadership: takes initiatives and guides the team towards common objectives
Interpersonal skills: diplomatic and reactive in managing situations, enjoys collaboration
Flexibility: available for flexible schedules (weekdays/weekends), from 6:30 to 00:00
Internship of maximum 6 months
Responsibilities
Management: animate, supervise, and motivate the team; prepare briefings; ensure organization and follow-up of on-site activities for the best visitor experience
Coaching: support collaborators and share skills to foster team spirit
Communication and optimization of results: participate in managerial strategy and ensure exchanges between teams and different services for an unforgettable customer experience
