Requirements

8+ years of experience in architecting and implementing complex Enterprise applications across different stacks
Expertise in Java, Python, OOP, Design Patterns, time and space-efficient algorithms
Passion for JavaScript and the Web as a platform, reusability, and componentization
Expertise with data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance/scale considerations
Analytical and design skills
Ability to manage projects with material technical risk at a team level
Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving (e.g., using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact)
Experience developing LLM-based features (experience in prompt engineering is a plus)
Experience in using AI productivity tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, etc. (plus or nice to have)
Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Selenium, TestNG) and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines
Understanding software quality principles including reliability, observability, and production readiness
Ability to troubleshoot complex systems and optimize performance across the stack
Experience with AI-powered tools or workflows, including validation of datasets, model predictions, and inference consistency

Responsibilities

Work with product owners to understand detailed requirements and help architect high-quality solutions to users
Architect and get a quorum on the solution across partner teams and consumers
Join the team in building the best cloud-based AI/ML solutions to power intelligent enterprise services
Collaborate daily with a team of like-minded developers, product managers, and quality engineers to produce quality software
Understand various technology options in terms of performance, accuracy, cost and guide team with the right solutions
Play a major part in architecting solutions that transform the user experience and workflow efficiency of enterprise services
