Responsibilities

The Staff Software Engineer will be responsible for designing complex systems and architectures, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability of those systems, and planning technical projects with milestone deliverables. They will coordinate engineers, build impactful technical solutions, conduct code reviews, debug difficult issues, research new technologies, evaluate technical options, and create documentation. Additionally, they will collaborate cross-functionally, communicate complex technical concepts, and troubleshoot issues effectively within a distributed architecture, while also contributing to training materials and tech talks to share knowledge with the broader engineering organization.
