Requirements

Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving (e.g., using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact)
Experience using AI productivity tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, etc. (plus or nice to have)
8 to 12 years of proven track record in building data pipelines, analytical content including metrics, KPIs, and dashboards
Data modeling and knowledge of ERP/CRM systems such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday
Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, and orchestration frameworks (e.g., Apache Airflow, Apache Spark, Kafka, MuleSoft)
Understanding of analytics tools and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) and how they integrate into workflow solutions
Hands-on software development experience, with deep expertise in Java, Python, and modern enterprise application design (plus or nice to have)
Experience working with ServiceNow or similar workflow platforms (preferred)
Cloud-native architectures, containerized applications, and CI/CD practices (plus)
Excellent communication, collaboration, and technical skills

Responsibilities

Build high-quality, clean, scalable, and reusable code by enforcing best practices around software engineering architecture and processes (e.g., code reviews, unit testing)
Work with product owners to understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation, and delivery of high-quality product to users
Design software that is simple to use to allow customers to extend and customize functionality to meet their specific needs
Contribute to the design and implementation of new products and features while also enhancing the existing product suite
Be a mentor for colleagues and help promote knowledge-sharing
