Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving (e.g., using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact)
  • Experience using AI productivity tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, etc. (plus/nice to have)
  • 8 to 12 years of proven track record in building data pipelines, analytical content including metrics, KPIs, and dashboards
  • Data modeling and knowledge of ERP/CRM systems such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday
  • Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, and orchestration frameworks (e.g., Apache Airflow, Apache Spark, Kafka, MuleSoft)
  • Understanding of analytics tools and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) and how they integrate into workflow solutions
  • Hands-on software development experience, with deep expertise in Java, Python, and modern enterprise application design (plus/nice to have)
  • Experience working with ServiceNow or similar workflow platforms (preferred)
  • Cloud-native architectures, containerized applications, and CI/CD practices (plus/nice to have)
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and technical skills

Responsibilities

  • Build high-quality, clean, scalable, and reusable code by enforcing best practices around software engineering architecture and processes (e.g., code reviews, unit testing)
  • Work with product owners to understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation, and delivery of high-quality product to users
  • Design software that is simple to use to allow customers to extend and customize functionality to meet their specific needs
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of new products and features while enhancing the existing product suite
  • Be a mentor for colleagues and help promote knowledge-sharing
