Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, and have at least 7 years of full-stack software engineering experience. Strong experience with TypeScript, Express, and Nuxt is required, along with familiarity with AWS Lambda and RDS. Experience with Terraform-based Infrastructure as Code (IaC) is essential, and a proactive approach to security and collaboration with security groups is desired.

Responsibilities

The Staff Software Engineer will improve and implement DevOps practices to ensure the platform is robust, scalable, and maintainable, respond to and remediate Security issues impacting users or the business, iterate and scale the TypeScript-based Express API and Nuxt web client, and drive improvements in the development process to enable all engineers, while also maintaining technical and quality standards to ensure optimal scaling.
