Requirements

Candidates should have extensive experience in the full feature development lifecycle, including working with product managers, defining scope, designing database schemas, considering serving needs, collaborating with designers on UX, implementing interfaces, and maintaining features/systems. A minimum of 7 years of engineering experience is required, with expertise in Python development and strong experience with NodeJS and Typescript. Proficiency in relational database design is essential, and experience with Dagster and/or Airflow is preferred.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include building and maintaining the backend REST server, owning the entire lifecycle of enterprise application design, development, and launch, and working on greenfield projects with high ownership. The role involves direct collaboration with product heads, data science teams, UX designers, and end-users, shaping the future of products, providing technical expertise, introducing best practices, driving consistency, prioritizing features, and continuing to learn in the engineering space with a focus on business problems involving large-scale datasets.
