Candidates must have 5+ years of software development experience and at least 2 years of hands-on experience with identity and access management protocols such as OAuth, OIDC, and SAML, including authorization server concepts. A strong foundation in security fundamentals and authentication/authorization flows is required, along with experience collaborating with product and security teams to design secure workflows. Familiarity with MCP servers, Computer Use tools, Golang or Rust, HTTP proxies and gateways, and AI/LLM technologies are considered bonuses.
The Senior Software Developer will contribute to the technical direction, vision, and strategy of the AI security team, driving project delivery and making technical decisions. They will write code, solve complex technical problems, and mentor junior developers. Responsibilities also include collaborating with cross-functional partners to achieve business outcomes and working on greenfield projects in the AI field, focusing on access management for AI agents to ensure secure interaction with other software and systems.
