Staff Security Engineer

The Staff Security Engineer will develop and maintain security platforms for Cyber Defense, ensuring their functionality and alignment with Cyber Defense needs. Responsibilities include onboarding, parsing, and monitoring data for the security platform, troubleshooting platform issues, and collaborating with systems, security architecture, application, database, and storage teams. The role involves creating visualizations, queries, detections, and automations, understanding enterprise logs and relevant processes, and participating in the full software lifecycle, including testing, CI/CD, and production operations. Additionally, the engineer will document platform processes and workflows, implement data quality checks, provide technical guidance to Cyber Defense team members, and contribute to business solutions and implementations.
