Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years at senior or staff level
  • Proven experience with scheduling and onboarding functionalities in enterprise platforms, SaaS, or property management systems
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to simplify complex systems and drive cross collaboration
  • Experience with data-driven product development and workforce management
  • Preferred: Background in tenant management or workforce management technology
  • Preferred: Expertise with onboarding automation tools and enterprise-grade analytics

Responsibilities

  • Implement vision for Polaris/Workforce Management: Champion and execute strategic updates to deliver an exceptional scheduling and onboarding experience aligned with product roadmap and business objectives
  • Build best-in-class functionality: Define requirements and guide development to ensure features meet rigorous enterprise standards for reliability, usability, and scalability
  • System simplification: Analyze current processes and proactively streamline workflows, reducing complexity and removing unnecessary steps to optimize the platform for tenants and internal teams
  • Collaboration & leadership: Work closely with engineering, design, operations, and associates to translate user and business needs into actionable product enhancements, fostering strong cross-functional alignment
  • Data-driven decision making: Leverage user feedback, performance metrics, and analytics to plan iterations and prioritize improvements
  • Onboarding experience: Oversee the continual enhancement of new tenant onboarding processes, emphasizing automation and ease of adoption for enterprise clients
  • Mentorship & guidance: Support and influence other product managers, contributing expertise and leadership to drive the team’s success and uphold product excellence
