Portfolio of well-crafted, impactful work that solves real problems for real people

Natural collaborator, designing in the open, leveraging other functions’ expertise and taking them on the journey
Understand that good design is often a journey to identify the right thing to build, using early concepts and prototypes to help build conviction

Responsibilities

Lead projects across complex product areas enabling business customers to spend multiple currencies and manage them within their accounting ecosystem
Take ownership of large, ambiguous projects and be accountable for the design quality of products and processes on the team
Get to know Wise Business customers, building empathy and deep understanding of their needs
Use the full range of Product Design skills to discover, design, and deliver simple, beautifully crafted experiences that customers love
Be influential in the team, increasing customer-centeredness, creativity, and design quality
Ship innovative, easy-to-use, and clear experiences
Elevate product quality by defining what ‘good’ looks like and helping the team deliver it
