Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the technical vision and long-term roadmap for frontend development, ensuring alignment with product goals and business needs
  • Optimize the team to perform at their very best; identify technical debt and craft an engineering roadmap
  • Provide technical and personal mentorship to earlier-career engineers, growing their ability to make an impact
  • Write detailed technical specifications
  • Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to align with business objectives
  • Review and debug code, and provide helpful coaching and feedback to other engineers
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor or other managers related to the position/department
