Strong candidates have experience with certification standards like 14 CFR Part 23/25, ARP-4754/ARP-4761, DO-254, DO-178b/c, requirements management tools such as Polarion or DOORS, excellent communication skills, a passion for learning and problem solving, and a collaborative mindset.
