Requirements

The Staff Software Engineer requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent, along with 7+ years of system development experience utilizing technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, J2EE, RESTful Web Services, SQL Server, MongoDB, AWS services, and modern web application frameworks including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Angular/React. Responsibilities

This role involves developing and maintaining service-oriented architecture platforms, writing reusable code, building and deploying tools like Jenkins/Code Build, providing applications support and troubleshooting, mentoring junior-mid level developers, interacting with stakeholders and customers, understanding business impact, facilitating technical discussions, delegating tasks, finding root causes of problems, and working with leadership on project planning and resolution of systemic problems.
