Diagnose problems and report issues to global algorithm teams
Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during testing
Create customized algorithms and apply artificial intelligence, together with global stakeholders, to generate implementable actions to address customer needs
Manage innovative solution evaluation & proof of concept operations
Be the customer on-site support to establish service procedure and deploy various service solutions
React promptly on all issues diagnostics if needed
Ensure tire intelligence functionality, monitor data and propose corrective actions with customer
Educate customers and service providers on the latest GY intelligent tools and procedure to ensure application & feedback collection
Support business development on technical assistance
