Responsibilities

  • Build local Validation & Calibration SOP
  • Build full Validation & Calibration process SOP for China region based on global existing procedures
  • Consider necessities in the process, and ensure the SOP is cost-effective
  • Maintain & adjust SOP for continuous improvement
  • Build evaluation method for application & calibration for team approval
  • Share information with commercial Asia & China VPs and other relevant functions to ensure teamwork for approvals and customer partnership
  • Make timeplan for solution product validation & calibration process
  • Design DoE for testing
  • Perform tests in proving ground or open road
  • Undertake test data collection, preprocessing and analysis
  • Diagnose problems and report issues to global algorithm teams
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during testing
  • Create customized algorithms and apply artificial intelligence, together with global stakeholders, to generate implementable actions to address customer needs
  • Manage innovative solution evaluation & proof of concept operations
  • Be the customer on-site support to establish service procedure and deploy various service solutions
  • React promptly on all issues diagnostics if needed
  • Ensure tire intelligence functionality, monitor data and propose corrective actions with customer
  • Educate customers and service providers on the latest GY intelligent tools and procedure to ensure application & feedback collection
  • Support business development on technical assistance
