This is a full-time, hybrid position located in our Louisville, CO office.
A Bachelor’s degree is required, with a focus in design electronics and/or embedded systems.
The role includes management of a team responsible for design and delivery of electronics systems throughout the product lifecycle, coaching and mentoring junior engineers, and overseeing subsystem designs.
Candidates should have leadership experience in electrical engineering, expertise in architecting complex electronics systems for quantum sensors, especially space-deployed systems, and skills in team management, system integration, and product lifecycle processes.

ColdQuanta develops quantum technology products that focus on smaller, portable devices rather than large quantum computers.
