Ability to take full responsibility for the entire software life cycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, observability, and monitoring
Experience serving as a key player in influencing and guiding others towards technical decisions
Skill in identifying areas of features likely to change and integrating flexibility in design to improve engineering velocity
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners to develop innovative solutions adhering to development goals and principles
