The Staff Agile Project Manager must be located in Charlotte, NC, and be comfortable working in the Southend office Tuesdays through Thursdays. The role requires a hands-on contributor who can drive agile team performance and deliver on business needs.
The Staff Agile Project Manager will lead teams and the organization in applying agile principles and frameworks, managing agile teams and software projects from conception to release. Responsibilities include planning, designing, and executing technical projects, particularly those involving cloud technologies and infrastructure, while keeping teams focused on priorities and eliminating impediments. This role involves identifying project risks, implementing mitigation strategies, utilizing metrics for decision-making and performance improvement, and creating clear performance reports. Additionally, the Project Manager will act as a liaison between teams and stakeholders, manage expectations, and build strong relationships across various departments to translate technical objectives into business value.
