Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; actively pursuing or designated CPA is preferred
A minimum of 3 years of related accounting experience, with a mix of Big 4 and industry experience, is a nice-to-have
Familiarity with US GAAP accounting principles and experience with consolidated financial reporting is preferred
Proficiency in NetSuite and Google Sheets is preferred
Strong analytical skills, proactive approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work both on your own and as part of a team

Responsibilities

Assist with month-end close activities, including bank reconciliations, prepaids, accruals, fixed assets, and other tasks to support accurate financial reporting
Manage the accounts payable function within Ramp by maintaining accurate vendor records, processing bills in a timely manner, and ensuring proper approval and coding in accordance with company policies
Oversee the posting and reconciliation of corporate credit card transactions and employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with internal policies and resolving discrepancies with stakeholders and vendors
Prepare and issue customer invoices, record payments, and actively manage collections to ensure timely receipt of funds and accurate revenue recognition
Support the external audit by preparing audit documentation and supporting schedules, and ensure the timely completion of audit sample requests
