Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; actively pursuing or designated CPA is preferred
  • A minimum of 3 years of related accounting experience, with a mix of Big 4 and industry experience, is a nice-to-have
  • Familiarity with US GAAP accounting principles and experience with consolidated financial reporting is preferred
  • Proficiency in NetSuite and Google Sheets is preferred
  • Strong analytical skills, proactive approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work both on your own and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Assist with month-end close activities, including bank reconciliations, prepaids, accruals, fixed assets, and other tasks to support accurate financial reporting
  • Manage the accounts payable function within Ramp by maintaining accurate vendor records, processing bills in a timely manner, and ensuring proper approval and coding in accordance with company policies
  • Oversee the posting and reconciliation of corporate credit card transactions and employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with internal policies and resolving discrepancies with stakeholders and vendors
  • Prepare and issue customer invoices, record payments, and actively manage collections to ensure timely receipt of funds and accurate revenue recognition
  • Support the external audit by preparing audit documentation and supporting schedules, and ensure the timely completion of audit sample requests
