Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
At least 1 year of experience in accounting, payment processing, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to collect, research, and analyze data effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present data clearly
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with financial systems is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Maintain accurate accounting records and reconcile balance sheet accounts
Prepare and analyze journal entries, assist in month-end and year-end closings, and manage prepaids and accruals
Reconcile general ledger data with various sub-ledgers and systems, ensuring accuracy
Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and cash reports for management as needed
Work with payment processing to resolve discrepancies and variances
Support internal control and SOX compliance by adhering to company policies and procedures
Manage daily cash reconciliations and maintain subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and resolving discrepancies
Support post-close analysis and research items as instructed
Support the commercial and lease portfolio, including the management of GAP/Auxiliary prepayments
Participate in quarterly reporting and assist with compiling PBC schedules
Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within financial reporting
