Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience
Experience in construction or engineering accounting preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

Process vendor and sub-partner invoices; maintain accurate vendor records (W9, COI)
Reconcile accounts, vendor statements, and monthly credit card transactions
Maintain general ledger and support job cost allocation, WIP reporting, and financial close
Partner with project managers to resolve billing and cost discrepancies
Research and resolve invoice/payment issues; verify federal ID numbers and purchase orders
Identify discount opportunities; manage purchase order amendments and stop-payment orders
Ensure timely vendor payments and accurate accounting records
