Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience configuring and developing ServiceNow, with a strong focus on configuration over customization. Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving is required. ServiceNow certifications, such as a Certified System Administrator (CSA), are necessary.
Serve as a technical expert in optimizing ServiceNow solutions, including HR Service Delivery and Workplace Service Delivery. Support customer engagements by defining and improving processes, leading design workshops, and guiding customers on technical documentation. Develop integration components, portal components, and user stories, ensuring the quality of configured solutions. Provide oversight and training to customer administrators and delivery team members, and support sales activities as needed. Travel up to 50% annually may be required.
