Responsibilities

The Sr. Technical Consultant will serve as a technical expert, optimizing ServiceNow best practices with a focus on configuration. Responsibilities include leading design workshops, guiding customers on technical documentation, drafting user stories, providing oversight and training to system administrators, and leading technical aspects of project delivery. The role also involves developing integration and portal components, preparing customer-facing deliverables, managing multiple projects, promoting continuous improvement, supporting sales activities, and providing training to delivery teams. Travel up to 50% annually may be required.
