The Firefox team is comprised of engineers passionate about delivering the fastest, most user-friendly, and secure browser experience. We are responsible for the secure, efficient, and high-quality functioning of the browser's features. We are seeking a Senior Staff Machine Learning Engineer to spearhead the development and expansion of new machine learning-driven products and tools within Firefox. This role is pivotal in ensuring safe and beneficial AI and machine learning experiences for our users.
Senior Staff Engineers are recognized industry experts who influence product strategy and goals across multiple teams. They translate strategy into actionable plans for these teams, mentor junior engineers by transferring responsibilities, and collaborate with management to build team consensus and provide direction.
