Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field

Responsibilities

Integrate software modules and SDK at the system or application level, and create POC (Proof of Concept) prototypes for demo purposes
Plan POCs based on the scope for the customers, and estimate required works and effort to complete the POC and provide NRE estimate, and resource forecast
Identify, analyze, and resolve issues that arise during the software integration process, ensuring a smooth and reliable software system (Troubleshooting & Debugging)
Triage the customer-reported technical issues, identify the domain of issues, and assign them to the appropriate stakeholders accordingly
Present solution using either demo SW or architecture presentation to customers and partners to showcase our product and technology advantages (Demo and Presentation)
Provide integration support for our customers, remotely and/or on-site when necessary (Customer Management)
Manage customers’ feature requests, develop business relationships with customers, and play the Go-to-person for technical questions, issues, and resolutions
Manage external resource vendors for applicable projects on the planning of scope, timing, and expected deliverables, and oversee the execution in progress (Vendor Management)
Act as a portal for technical communication between external customers/partners and our internal cross-functional teams
Leverage product documentation and create training materials and guiding documentation to internally arm customer-facing FAE and Sales teams and externally onboard our customers and partners for using our products and solutions (Training and Onboarding)
Work closely with all cross-functional teams globally, including Sales, Product, Software developers, QA engineers, Technical program managers, and external customers to ensure success in promoting our products and solutions collectively (Collaboration)
Monitor, analyze, and optimize the performance of integrated systems, addressing any bottlenecks and ensuring the software runs efficiently (Performance Optimization)
