Requirements

Candidates should possess 6+ years of software engineering experience, strong proficiency in Golang or a similar backend language, and a deep understanding of cloud-native architectures and microservices. They must have practical knowledge of operating production services, including CI/CD, monitoring (Grafana, Prometheus), and Kubernetes, along with a strong grasp of multithreading, concurrency, and parallel processing. Experience in designing, building, and maintaining REST APIs, and an understanding of engineering best practices such as code reviews, testing, and resilient architecture are also required. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, coupled with strong written and verbal communication skills, are essential.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Software Engineer will design and implement scalable cloud services using Golang in a cloud-native environment, building reusable platform components and frameworks for GenAI use-cases. They will develop and operate secure LLM deployments in both cloud and on-prem environments, create deep integrations with internal systems, and establish frameworks for future connectors. Furthermore, they will build high-performance data processing pipelines for document handling and RAG implementations, and engage directly with internal users to understand requirements and provide technical consultation, ultimately owning features end-to-end and driving innovation in the AI landscape.
