Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” major (Computer Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
Advanced experience in C++ development
Strong oral and written communication skills in English
Strong interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Define, develop, and improve software in a fast-paced and agile team of 5-7 engineers using the latest software development technologies and infrastructure
Analyze high-impact customer issues, supporting the Service team and providing adequate solutions for continuous improvement of the product
Translate requirements / vision into prioritized list of user stories and deliver to required timelines and quality standards
Work with product line leaders and architects to develop multi-generation software technology plans
Support process improvements which guide the development, sustaining & support activities
Work cross-functionally with other business departments to align activities and deliverables
Apply principles of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and methodologies like Lean/Agile/XP, CI, Software and Product Security, Scalability, Documentation Practices, refactoring and Testing Techniques
