Requirements

  • Baccalaureate degree

  • 4+ years of experience delivering software using C#, Java, or similar languages (Nice to Have)
  • 2+ years of experience in a public cloud environment (preferably AWS) (Nice to Have)
  • 2+ years of experience developing applications leveraging Kubernetes (Nice to Have)
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and source code control and artifact tooling (git, JFrog, …) (Nice to Have)
  • Experience with SQL (Nice to Have)
  • Ability to participate in an on-call rotation (Nice to Have)
  • 2+ years of experience leveraging Kafka or similar streaming technologies (Nice to Have)
  • 2+ years using DevSecOps practices with systems/service engineering and release management (Nice to Have)
  • Refactoring a monolith into microservices (Nice to Have)
  • Experience with monitoring stacks (ELK, Dynatrace, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Prometheus, …) (Nice to Have)
  • Experience using BDD and Gherkin (Nice to Have)
  • Experience at a Medical Device company (Nice to Have)

Responsibilities

  • Develop software and solutions across the stack that improve product reliability and product velocity
  • Collaborate with team to design Simple, Scalable, and Reliable solutions
  • Troubleshoot production incidents and participate in blameless post-mortems and follow-through
