Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions using SOMT, OMT, and ITSM modules
  • Enable efficient order intake, processing, fulfillment, and lifecycle management aligned with business objectives
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to implement scalable, integrated systems for sales and service order cycles
  • Oversee the overall direction and development standards of the ServiceNow platform
  • Mentor junior developers and talent
  • Ensure the platform is secure, reliable, resilient, and supports efficient business processes
  • Contribute to setting the IT vision and roadmap for the Comcast Business Public Sector IT ecosystem, including architecting, developing, deploying, and supporting applications and infrastructure
