Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions using SOMT, OMT, and ITSM modules
Enable efficient order intake, processing, fulfillment, and lifecycle management aligned with business objectives
Collaborate with business and technical teams to implement scalable, integrated systems for sales and service order cycles
Oversee the overall direction and development standards of the ServiceNow platform
Mentor junior developers and talent
Ensure the platform is secure, reliable, resilient, and supports efficient business processes
