Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) required; additional certifications such as Advanced Administrator (ADM 211) and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Salesforce Administrator, with a focus on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Salesforce Experience Cloud
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration

Responsibilities

  • Administer and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Salesforce Experience Cloud to support the needs of different departments such as sales, finance, and customer service
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes within Salesforce
  • Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, formulas, workflows, validation rules, and process builder flows to automate business processes and improve data integrity
  • Manage user access, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security settings to ensure data privacy and compliance with company policies
  • Lead efforts to integrate Salesforce with other systems and third-party applications using APIs, middleware, and other integration tools
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support to end-users
  • Stay updated on new Salesforce features and releases, assess their impact on existing configurations, and recommend enhancements
  • Create and maintain documentation, including user guides, process diagrams, and training materials
  • Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested
  • Be a resource for other admins on the team
  • Support the vision and values of the company through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors
