Knowledge of debit card program management risk oversight
Health and welfare administration and/or health savings account industry knowledge (a plus)
Understanding of Fidelity's digital offerings and cloud technologies
Proven problem-solving skills and experience making decisions
Risk assessment and/or controls or audit experience
Strong analytical and communications skills
Working knowledge in the field of data analytics (a plus)

Responsibilities

Provide risk management support to Fidelity Health Domain and Operations teams, emphasizing emerging, debit card, and spending account products and initiatives
Support debit card program management function within Fidelity Health
Conduct risk assessments
Perform control reviews
Manage and mitigate risk incidents
Provide analysis and reporting
Foster strong partnerships and relationships to influence change
Work with partners in Legal and Compliance to support regulatory changes or issues
Assist internal and external Audit partners
Ensure appropriate reporting, communication, and awareness on identified issues for informed decision-making
Work closely with Fidelity Health and Benefits Accounts Operations and Product teams to understand business risks related to core operations, new products, services, and technology
Coordinate and appropriately escalate incidents, supplying reporting to senior leaders for risk identification and mitigation strategy recommendations
Clearly and succinctly convey high-level summaries of projects, areas of concern, and actions/decisions needed, helping the business understand risks and mitigation or acceptance actions
