Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic project planning and execution for Product and Packaging Creation, utilizing Operating Model choices and Stage-Gate decision making
  • Partner with project team and stakeholders to define project requirements, constraints, and assumptions to establish deliverables, resources needed, and timelines
  • Monitor project progress, assess risks, and complete hindsighting post-project completion
  • Identify opportunities for efficiencies in future projects by leveraging analytics, reporting, and hindsighting to drive Stage-Gate and Project Plan improvements
  • Coordinate management of related projects for efficiency, visibility, and connectivity
  • Prioritize projects and resources to align with strategic goals
  • Facilitate recurring cross-functional team meetings, project milestones, and decision gates
  • Influence and lead cross-functional teams through all phases of projects to support business strategy and goals
  • Engage stakeholders in decision making and support of business strategy and project deliverables
  • Showcase leadership in continuous improvement and evolution efforts
