Requirements

  • Over 5 years of experience shipping products as a product manager in an agile, Scrum, or Kanban environment
  • Experience working on complex user scenarios with multiple personas interacting through the tool
  • Experience understanding intricate systems and partnering with Design to deliver simple yet powerful user experiences
  • Incredibly detail-oriented and enjoy polishing the experience of customers
  • Experienced at taking ideas and ambiguous data, defining the right outcome, and creating the right roadmap or backlog
  • Experience defining a strategic roadmap that leverages multiple inputs, including user research, customer data, and company initiatives
  • Ability to communicate the strategy and roadmap to execs, team members, and customers
  • Experience as a product owner working with engineering
  • Passionate about emerging technologies, with a strong mix of customer empathy, technical curiosity (especially deep understanding of AI capabilities), and product rigor
  • Thrives in cross-functional settings and can clearly communicate complex ideas

Responsibilities

  • Work with customers and stakeholders to create a strategic roadmap, prioritize problems, and define requirements
  • Manage the backlog through the product development process from discovery to general availability
  • Become an expert on the software, customers, and market to identify, prioritize, and execute tactical and strategic projects
  • Work cross-functionally with teams such as executives, product marketing, and customer success to meet objectives, consider opinions, and communicate plans effectively
  • Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to inform the shaping of requirements, features, and end products
  • Dig deep into customer and usage data to identify opportunities and evaluate the success of efforts
  • Work closely with industry experts to understand industry direction and trends and identify R&D opportunities to differentiate from the competition
  • Shape product strategy with a strong focus on leveraging generative AI to solve real customer problems
  • Collaborate closely with design, user research, and engineering to explore how GenAI can enhance workflows, drive automation, and deliver insights
  • Identify, define, validate, and ship innovative and differentiated features with significant ownership within the product portfolio
