Managing and sustaining best practices at Concord related to maintenance and calibration activities
Managing and reporting site compliance to corporate standards and guidelines for maintenance
Developing and managing maintenance governance frameworks and standardized workflows
Monitoring, reporting, and escalating site maintenance metrics and KPIs
Leading continuous improvement initiatives to optimize maintenance processes
Ensuring the CMMS is fully functional, accurate, and used effectively
Overseeing MRO activities, including spare parts procurement and inventory management
Supervising calibration engineers
Overseeing the documentation and traceability of calibration records
Establishing and maintaining calibration schedules for critical equipment
Coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve calibration discrepancies
