  • Coach and develop local technical team capabilities to accelerate operational excellence and technical skills
  • Utilize root cause analysis techniques to investigate process and equipment issues and deliver robust and sustainable corrective and preventative actions
  • Support site startup through direct technical execution, coaching next employees, and strong collaboration
  • Contribute to the development of strategies to help other new Lilly sites start up faster
