Responsibilities

Provide Peptide API process engineering expertise to the Global Facility Delivery team and the Site Process Engineering team
Partner with site engineering teams to offer consultation and technical problem-solving
Coach and develop local technical team capabilities to accelerate operational excellence and technical skills
Utilize root cause analysis techniques to investigate process and equipment issues and deliver robust and sustainable corrective and preventative actions
Support site startup through direct technical execution, coaching next employees, and strong collaboration
Contribute to the development of strategies to help other new Lilly sites start up faster
