Provide Small Molecule API process engineering expertise to the Global Facility Delivery team and the Site Process Engineering team
Partner with the site engineering team to provide consultation and technical problem-solving
Coach and develop local technical team capabilities to support acceleration of operational excellence and technical skills
Utilize root cause analysis techniques to investigate process and equipment issues and deliver robust and sustainable corrections
Support sites through startup through direct technical execution
Contribute to strategies to help other new Lilly sites start up faster
