Responsibilities

  • Provide Small Molecule API process engineering expertise to the Global Facility Delivery team and the Site Process Engineering team
  • Partner with the site engineering team to provide consultation and technical problem-solving
  • Coach and develop local technical team capabilities to support acceleration of operational excellence and technical skills
  • Utilize root cause analysis techniques to investigate process and equipment issues and deliver robust and sustainable corrections
  • Support sites through startup through direct technical execution
  • Contribute to strategies to help other new Lilly sites start up faster
