As a Senior People Data Analyst, you will measure and communicate organizational health metrics at an enterprise level. Our team focuses on generating insights that inform organizational goals such as increasing profitability, employee engagement, retention, and belonging. As we grow, you will help the HR Operations and Analytics team by focusing on automation and building analytical solutions that can work at scale.
We are a small team, so the ability to work in multiple roles—such as consulting, scripting/automation, data visualization, data stewardship/management, and customer service—will be important to your success.
