Responsibilities

Answer inbound participant calls regarding employer-sponsored retirement plans
Assess participant needs and provide service resolution
Build relationships with plan participants
Educate participants on the features of various retirement plans (401(k), 457, 401(a), and IRAs)
Respond to participant inquiries about NYC Deferred Compensation Plans
Capture caller information on the participant management system
Follow up with participants to ensure service issues are resolved
Meet with participants to discuss general account information
Assist participants with transactions and the completion of paperwork
