  • Answer inbound participant calls regarding employer-sponsored retirement plans
  • Assess participant needs and provide service resolution
  • Build relationships with plan participants

  • Respond to participant inquiries about NYC Deferred Compensation Plans
  • Capture caller information on the participant management system
  • Follow up with participants to ensure service issues are resolved
  • Meet with participants to discuss general account information
  • Assist participants with transactions and the completion of paperwork
