Responsibilities
- Answer inbound participant calls regarding employer-sponsored retirement plans
- Assess participant needs and provide service resolution
- Build relationships with plan participants
- Educate participants on the features of various retirement plans (401(k), 457, 401(a), and IRAs)
- Respond to participant inquiries about NYC Deferred Compensation Plans
- Capture caller information on the participant management system
- Follow up with participants to ensure service issues are resolved
- Meet with participants to discuss general account information
- Assist participants with transactions and the completion of paperwork
