Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of P&C claims management experience in multi-line, multi-state claims
  • Strong people management experience
  • P&C Adjuster license or ability to obtain within 30 days
  • Skilled in negotiation, mediation, and interpreting policy/legal documents
  • Proven leadership in fast-paced, results-driven environments

Responsibilities

  • Lead Renter’s claims teams to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant processing
  • Drive digital adoption and process automation across claims operations
  • Analyze claims data to identify trends and improve procedures
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and Customer Service on complex claims
  • Oversee escalated claims, settlements, and customer complaints
  • Develop and implement training programs and SOPs
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop front line managers
  • Foster a culture of accountability, trust, and continuous improvement
  • Lead change management and strategic initiatives aligned with company values
  • Lead execution of change management, claims strategies, employee development, employee engagement, technology adoption, operational risk management, regulatory compliance training, and procedures across multiple teams
