Requirements

  • College diploma or above (Nursing, Public Health, Preventive Medicine, Clinical Medicine)
  • Familiar with local and international occupational health standards and regulations
  • At least 3 years working experience in occupational health (multinational company experience preferred)
  • Capability of medical emergency response
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English
  • Familiar with office software
  • Strong interpersonal skills and high degree of motivation, full passion, open, teamwork spirit, customer service sense
  • Able to work under pressure and independently
  • AHA instructor certificate (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Employee occupational health surveillance management: Act as coordinator among local hospital, LOBs, WFM, HR, etc., for hazard notification, organize and deliver occupational health training, organize occupational health surveillance (regular and emergent), inform cast members of results, assist occupational health consultation, occupational health record keeping, and respond to occupational health/work-related emergencies
  • Employee health certificate management: Act as coordinator among local hospital, LOBs, WFM, HR, etc., assist chief physician to identify scope of employees needing health certificates, organize health certificate checks, and manage health certificate records
  • Work with industrial hygiene engineer to conduct health risk assessments and occupational health gap analysis
  • Assist in return to work/fitness for duty process
  • Work alongside safety team to participate in accident/incident investigations
  • Conduct regular occupational health self-audits
  • Assist to develop health services guidelines/SOPs
  • Participate in health promotion projects: Organize activities with relevant departments, including vaccination programs, annual health/wellbeing projects, internal health information sharing
  • Monitor domestic and international occupational health laws and regulations and provide timely feedback on applicability
  • Identify and detect occupational health risks on site and collaborate with site leadership to reduce risks to employees
  • Mentor and guide newer staff
  • Other tasks assigned by reporting line or deemed necessary by operations
