Requirements

Work under supervision of Sr. Manager of IT Infrastructure with global cross-functional support team
Expertise in maintaining global data network, VOIP, transport systems (LANs, WANs, VPN on-prem and cloud)
Proficiency with Cisco, PAN, MS Skype/Teams for network and VOIP solutions
Experience configuring/installing IT infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, QoS, servers, storage, cabling)
Knowledge of network/server maintenance, upgrades (service packs, patches, hot fixes, security configs)
Ability to interpret network/server monitoring data for capacity, availability, uptime management
Familiarity with ITSM ticketing (ServiceNow), SLAs/OLAs
Understanding of configuration/change management policies
Expertise in network/VOIP security tools, policies aligned with company InfoSec
Experience with system/network architectures conforming to security policies/standards
Ability to liaise with vendors/IT personnel for resolutions
Proficiency updating Knowledge Base (SharePoint) with configs, diagrams, processes
Capability for after-hours/weekend support
Adherence to Quality Management System (QMS), domestic/global regulations, security/privacy/compliance principles
Ensure department follows QMS/regulations/standards/procedures

Responsibilities

Implement network and VOIP communications solutions (Cisco, PAN, MS Skype/Teams)
Configure and install IT network infrastructure/services (routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, QoS, servers, storage, cabling)
Perform network/server maintenance and system upgrades (service packs, patches, hot fixes, security configs)
Monitor performance, ensure system availability/reliability
Monitor resource utilization, trending, capacity planning
Support day-to-day administration of network/VOIP/SIP systems, resolve technical issues
Work on incident/service request tickets (ServiceNow), maintain SLA/OLA levels
Adhere to configuration/change management policies/systems
Select/implement network/VOIP security tools/policies/procedures per InfoSec
Ensure architectures/configs conform to InfoSec policies/standards/guidelines
Liaise with vendors/IT personnel for problem resolutions
Update Knowledge Base (SharePoint) with configs, diagrams, processes, procedures
Monitor/analyze negative impacts from implementations, balance resources
Provide after-hours/weekend support as needed
Adhere to QMS and regulations/standards/procedures
Understand/apply security/privacy/compliance principles
Perform other work-related duties as assigned
