Responsibilities

  • Build partnerships with all launch functions and form a strong ‘launch excellence network’
  • Engage and unite all medical teams and align with affiliate launch team on ‘launch excellence’ objectives
  • Build, implement, and maintain an ‘accountability and monitoring’ portfolio management platform to ensure deliverables are met
  • Monitor launch milestone progress, take action/escalation to remove barriers, report progress, and ensure visibility and support
  • Instil and facilitate a ‘holistic and evidence-based mindset’ to consider critical requirements throughout the launch process (from clinical trial design to commercial launch)
  • Build and draw on an extensive network with global stakeholders to support local progress (expertise, experiences, resources)
  • Support product launch teams when influence and negotiation is required
  • Challenge product launch teams to improve decision-making for optimal product launches
  • Use external benchmarks and learning to improve launch processes, planning, and implementation
  • Follow compliance policies surrounding P2P and customer interactions and all launch readiness related SOPs
