Requirements

  • Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Immunology or related discipline, with a minimum of 3 years of postdoctoral experience in the discovery and development of diagnostics or therapeutics, or Master’s level education with 8 years of experience
  • Minimum 5 years of direct people management experience
  • Extensive experience in the development of assays based on antigens and antibodies
  • Familiarity with chromatography and flow cytometry techniques
  • Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and process improvements
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of researchers to develop and innovate antigen/antibody-based assays
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies to advance product offerings
  • Enhance and improve processes for current products to ensure flawless execution
  • Collaborate across departments to determine the best strategies for research and development
