Responsibilities

Develop and implement regional medical affairs strategies for the assigned therapeutic area, aligning with global medical plans and local market dynamics
Lead and manage scientific exchange activities with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals (HCPs), and other external stakeholders, providing accurate and balanced scientific information
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with regional KOLs and scientific experts, gathering insights and fostering collaboration on medical and scientific initiatives
Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of medical information to internal and external stakeholders, adhering to all relevant compliance guidelines
Partner effectively with commercial, regulatory, market access, and clinical teams to ensure integrated approaches to product development and commercialization
