Responsibilities

  • Maintain and effectively communicate deep scientific knowledge in the Neuroscience therapeutic area through continuous learning to answer complex scientific questions and serve as a trusted, peer-credible resource
  • Excel at customer engagement by spending the majority of time field-based, conducting mutually beneficial 2-way dialogues with Scientific Experts (SEs), providing deep disease state and product information, answering questions, and connecting SEs with Lilly resources or internal partners for collaborations
  • Demonstrate strategic vision and leadership by synthesizing complex data from SE interactions, communicating clinical insights and unanswered questions to Lilly medical and cross-functional teams, using creative problem-solving, principle-based decision-making, cultivating internal networks, and contributing to medical planning and strategy
  • Demonstrate territory ownership through strategic analysis, planning, and prioritization to maximize efficiency, implementing and evaluating a strategic territory plan with personal accountability for results, and executing the role in full compliance with internal/external requirements, procedures, and laws
