Responsibilities

  • Guide and develop a team of localization professionals, fostering their career growth
  • Represent localization in the region, acting as a bridge between the localization & globalization group, local stakeholders and customers
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to achieve successful localization
  • Promote industry standard processes across Workday, providing guidance and support
  • Identify and address technical and process challenges to improve localization efficiency and scalability
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators
