Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing strategies for innovative, user-centric workplace environments through global partnerships
  • Accountable for regional strategy to optimize design of J&J Facilities and support projects across portfolio
  • Use regional experience, internal data, and external information to build programs satisfying diverse J&J needs
  • Leverage regional data and insights to inform and align workplace design and operation strategies with businesses
  • Partner with Regional Strategic Space Planning to optimize portfolio and support regional business strategies
  • Support Workplace & Facilities Survey and generate insights to shape programs and strategies across functions (Workplace, FM, IT, HR, Inclusivity, Wellness, etc.)
  • Communicate and train on Policies, Standards & Guidelines to standardize workplace practices & solutions
  • Actively support maintenance of workplace playbook
