Candidates need an advanced degree in Materials Science, Applied Physics (materials, laser or optics focus), or Engineering with 3+ years of relevant experience, expertise in optical fundamentals and laser materials processing, experience with mass production of diamond/semiconductors/ceramics, and work with micron-precision optical or mechanical machining systems.
You will work cross-functionally with teams of mechanical, electrical, automation, optical, software, and system engineers to improve and deploy laser technologies company-wide.
